To ensure the integrity of your pressure vessels and facilities, operators need to have an inspections program that ensures compliance to ABSA directives, and applicable codes and regulations. Mountain West Services provides integrity management programs for pressure equipment.

INSPECTION PLAN IMPLEMENTATION

Mountain West Services designs pressure vessel management programs that includes risk management, monitoring, inspection and repairs. This service also includes program design and ongoing support for implementation, quality control, compliance reporting as well as regular audits and reviews.

INSPECTION DATA MANAGEMENT

Mountain West Services maintains the GEMS (General Equipment Management System) data management system of pressure vessel inspections to ensure you have complete and up to date information on all of your pressure vessels and when they are due for the next inspection.

CORROSION ASSESSMENTS

Mountain West Services provides corrosion assessments for both facility and pipeline assets. The likelihood of corrosion is determined using operating conditions, operating environment and previous inspection results.

DATA COLLECTION

Mountain West Services physically gathers the data on all your pressure vessels, storage tanks, PSVs, and performs integrity assessments. This will enable you to have an accurate record of the location and status of your pressure vessels.
